- High school diploma and 8+ years relevant experience, or associate's degree and 6+ years experience, or bachelor's degree and 4+ years experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 70%+ within assigned territory
- Availability for after-hours case support including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization
