What they ask for
Required
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years software development experience
- 2+ years managing software engineering teams
- Data modeling principles including schema design and dimensional modeling
- SQL query writing experience
- Data ingestion, processing, storage and querying technology experience
- AI/ML and GenAI technology knowledge including LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search and Knowledge Graph
- 100M+ consumer-scale data pipeline and retrieval service experience
- 3+ years cloud experience on AWS or GCP
- Agile methodologies knowledge (Scrum/Kanban)
- CI/CD pipelines, observability and SRE practices knowledge
- Track record building diverse and inclusive teams
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts
- SOA and distributed systems understanding
- Event-driven architectures experience
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing and AI Science teams
