- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, communications, healthcare administration, or related field, OR associate's degree with four years of related experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
- Strong time management and teamwork abilities
