  • 12+ years in software or infrastructure engineering
  • 5+ years leading infrastructure, SRE, or operations organizations including managing managers
  • Strong systems architecture sense
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • Cross-functional collaboration and ownership
  • Deep AWS experience at scale including VPC, IAM, multi-account, core services, observability, and cost optimization
  • High AI fluency with ability to evaluate and integrate LLM/AI platforms
  • Vendor and partner interface experience with cost governance
  • Database and data platform understanding covering OLTP and analytics
  • Experience running high-reliability platforms with SLOs, incident management, and postmortems
  • Track record driving engineering excellence programs
  • Clear communication skills and ability to manage executive-level escalations
  • Infrastructure as a product experience with roadmaps and stakeholder communication
