- 1–2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with root cause analysis, non-conformance reporting, and corrective action processes
Nice to have
- 3–5+ years environmental testing experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or similar high-reliability industries
