- Deep expertise in workforce management and/or enterprise routing and orchestration
- Platform mindset with experience scaling capabilities across multiple business units
- Quantitative fluency in forecasting, optimization, and simulation
- Strong business systems analysis and requirements development skills
- Track record embedding AI into operational capabilities

- Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or quantitative discipline
