What this role is
Intuit is building a new Partner Planning & Operations function and seeking a Principal Sales Operations analyst to embed with a channel sales leader, owning forecasting, pipeline management, operational playbooks, and cross-functional coordination to enable confident execution against FY27 targets. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who can establish systems and rigor in a new organization while coordinating a small team of analysts and contractors.

What they ask for
Required
- 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related analytical/GTM function
- Experience coordinating or reviewing work of contractors, vendors, or junior team members
- Proven ownership of sales business rhythm including pipeline management and/or forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with large datasets
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with credibility to influence sales leaders
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and build repeatable processes from scratch
Nice to have
- Experience in channel, partner, or indirect sales models (VARs, resellers, referral partners)
- Familiarity with partner/channel tooling (PRM platforms) or deal-desk/quoting systems
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, or subscription business
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field
