- 9+ years in data science and analytics
- Track record driving strategy across multiple initiatives or business units
- Ability to translate ambiguous business strategy into analytical problems at business-unit level
- Success designing and interpreting complex experiments beyond traditional A/B testing
- Expertise in causal inference when experimentation is constrained
- Deep expertise in predictive/prescriptive modeling, causal inference, customer segmentation, and experimentation design
- Experience creating reusable frameworks and methodologies adopted by broader analytics community
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills with ability to influence Director and VP-level leaders
- Navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance and make fast data-driven decisions
- BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, or related field
