What they ask for

Required

  • Production Salesforce development with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow
  • CPQ and quote-to-cash implementation experience including product/pricing models, quote/order lifecycle, and approval automation
  • Integration of Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via APIs or middleware
  • SFDX proficiency with source-controlled metadata and peer-reviewed release process
  • Active use of AI-assisted development tools to write and review code
  • SQL skills and data warehouse familiarity
  • Ability to communicate across sales, finance, deal desk, product, and engineering stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
  • Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, sharing, recursion control, and CPQ-specific performance constraints
  • End-to-end CPQ implementation or migration experience
  • Experience with Stripe, Metronome, Oracle, or usage-based pricing models
  • Understanding of how CPQ decisions affect bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Track record scaling Salesforce in high-growth GTM environments
