Required
- Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years HR experience OR Master's degree plus 3+ years HR experience
- Prior experience as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or HR Manager
- Experience in organizational development, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law and regulatory requirements
- 3 days in-office presence minimum
