Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years consulting experience or 10+ years industry experience
- Deep domain knowledge in retail banking, corporate banking, payments, or digital banking technology platforms
- Experience delivering business strategy, process improvements, and operating model transformations
- Experience leading and managing diverse senior stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Strong project management of complex deliveries with medium to large teams
