Required
- 7+ years of hands-on workers' compensation adjusting experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of workers' compensation litigation management experience
- All-Lines Adjuster License or Workers' Compensation Adjuster License
- Understanding of legal principles related to workers' compensation
- Knowledge of monopolistic state workers' compensation procedures in Ohio and Washington
- Ability to work independently and make analytical decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and claims management systems
Nice to have
- Associate in Claims (AIC) certification
- Multi-state jurisdictional experience
