What they ask for
Required
- Five to seven years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or delivery operations
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, supply, innovation, customer care, and marketing teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a changing environment
- Demonstrated experience identifying root causes in processes and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
