- Active NMLS Loan Originator license with state licenses or federal bank license
- Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education
- SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test passage (National Component with Uniform State Content)
- Located within 75 miles of Chicago, IL branch
- Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-referral environments
- Strong client service orientation and consultative sales skills
