Required

  • 4–7 years of program or project management experience in software
  • At least 2 years managing large, complex SaaS programs across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery from discovery through build, test, launch, and stabilization
  • Strong understanding of full-system SaaS delivery including release management, deployment strategies, reliability, and operations
  • Ability to lead cross-functional execution involving Engineering, Product, and adjacent stakeholders
  • Competency in scope, schedule, dependency, and risk management
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent planning and reporting tools
  • Exposure to enterprise integrations (SSO/SAML, APIs), data migrations, or platform modernization efforts
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and familiarity with AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
