Required
- 4–7 years of program or project management experience in software
- At least 2 years managing large, complex SaaS programs across multiple teams
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery from discovery through build, test, launch, and stabilization
- Strong understanding of full-system SaaS delivery including release management, deployment strategies, reliability, and operations
- Ability to lead cross-functional execution involving Engineering, Product, and adjacent stakeholders
- Competency in scope, schedule, dependency, and risk management
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent planning and reporting tools
- Exposure to enterprise integrations (SSO/SAML, APIs), data migrations, or platform modernization efforts
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and familiarity with AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
