Yabusame

Yabusame is a traditional Japanese form of mounted archery in which a rider shoots arrows at three wooden targets while galloping down a track on horseback. Rooted in samurai training and Shinto ritual, it is performed today as a ceremonial and competitive art at shrine festivals, valued for preserving historical horsemanship and archery skill.
