Vitilla

A street game popular in the Dominican Republic, similar to stickball, played by hitting a bottle cap (the 'vitilla') with a broomstick or thin bat. Because the light, uneven cap moves unpredictably through the air, batters must react quickly, and the game is a beloved informal pastime often credited with sharpening the hand-eye coordination of many Dominican baseball players.
