Throwball

Throwball is a non-contact team sport similar to volleyball, played on a court with a net, but instead of hitting the ball, players catch and throw it across the net to the opposing side. It is especially popular in India, where it is played competitively at school, collegiate, and national levels, and is valued for being easier to learn and less physically demanding than volleyball.
