Three-Ball

Three-ball most commonly refers to a pocket billiards game in which players use only the 1, 2, and 3 balls, and the player who pockets the most balls (or reaches a target) in the fewest shots wins; it's also used as a golf format in which three players compete simultaneously, each playing their own ball. Both versions are popular for being quick, low-pressure formats for casual or informal play.
