Softball

Softball is a bat-and-ball team sport derived from baseball, played with a larger, softer ball on a smaller field, typically in fast-pitch or slow-pitch variants. Two teams of nine or ten players alternate batting and fielding, trying to score runs by hitting the ball and running around bases.
