Soap Shoes

Soap Shoes are a brand of footwear with a reinforced, concave plate built into the sole, designed for grinding on curbs, rails, and other surfaces in a street sport similar to grinding on inline skates or skateboards. Riders wearing them slide and perform tricks on ledges and handrails without needing wheels. The brand became popular in the late 1990s and early 2000s among skate- and extreme-sports-oriented youth.
