Slacklining

Slacklining is a balance activity in which participants walk, bounce, or perform tricks on a length of flat, stretchy webbing tensioned between two anchor points, such as trees or posts. It builds core strength, focus, and proprioception, and ranges from casual backyard practice to advanced disciplines like highlining (rigged at great heights) and tricklining.
