Skewb Diamond

The Skewb Diamond is a variant of the Skewb puzzle reshaped into an octahedron, so that the original cube's faces become the diamond's vertices and vice versa, while retaining the same underlying corner-turning mechanism. Despite its different appearance, it is mechanically identical to the standard Skewb and can be solved using the same techniques. It is popular among twisty puzzle collectors who enjoy shape-modified versions of familiar mechanisms.
