Skateboard

A skateboard is a wheeled board consisting of a wooden or composite deck mounted on two trucks with four polyurethane wheels, ridden by standing on it and pushing off the ground with one foot. It is used both as a simple mode of transportation and as the core equipment for skateboarding tricks and competitions. Modern skateboards vary in shape and size for disciplines like street skating, vert ramp riding, cruising, and downhill longboarding.
