Sitting Volleyball

Sitting volleyball is a Paralympic adaptation of volleyball in which players remain seated on the floor throughout play, using a lower net and smaller court than standing volleyball. It is one of the most popular Paralympic team sports, open to athletes with lower-limb impairments and others under classification rules, and emphasizes fast reflexes and upper-body strength.
