Show Jumping

Show jumping is an equestrian sport in which horse-and-rider pairs navigate a course of obstacles—fences, walls, and water jumps—within a time limit, incurring penalties for knockdowns, refusals, or exceeding the time allowed. It is one of the three Olympic equestrian disciplines (alongside dressage and eventing) and requires precise communication between horse and rider to clear increasingly technical and higher courses. Top competitions include the Olympics, World Equestrian Games, and prestigious Grand Prix events.
