Sholo Guti
Sholo Guti (meaning 'sixteen pieces/seeds') is a traditional two-player strategy board game from Bangladesh and parts of eastern India, played on a grid board using sixteen pieces (guti) per side, often seeds, shells, or stones. Similar in spirit to other South Asian mancala-and-capture games, it is played by moving and capturing opposing pieces, and is commonly enjoyed as a rural pastime, especially among women and children.
