Rope Jumping
Rope jumping, or jump rope/skipping, is an exercise and recreational activity in which a person or group swings a rope under their feet and over their head while jumping over it repeatedly, done individually, in pairs, or in group formats like Double Dutch. It is a low-cost, high-intensity cardiovascular workout popular among athletes, boxers, and children alike, and also exists as a competitive sport with speed and freestyle trick disciplines judged in tournaments. Its appeal lies in its simplicity, portability, and effectiveness for building coordination and endurance.
