Quadrobics

Quadrobics (also called quadrobing) is a movement practice and youth subculture in which participants train to run, jump, and move on all fours, mimicking the gaits of animals such as big cats or dogs. It blends elements of parkour, gymnastics, and animal-inspired athletics, and has grown popular through social media videos showcasing speed and agility drills performed on hands and feet.
