Keepie Uppie

Keepie uppie (also called keepy-uppy or ball juggling) is the skill of keeping a football aloft using any legal part of the body—feet, thighs, chest, shoulders, or head—without letting it touch the ground. It's practiced by soccer players as a training exercise for ball control and touch, and also pursued as a standalone skill or freestyle discipline, with competitions for the most consecutive touches or elaborate trick sequences. Freestyle football has grown into its own performance art and competitive scene built around keepie uppie skills.
