Hana Ichi Monme

Hana Ichi Monme is a traditional Japanese children's playground game in which two teams face off in a line, holding hands and chanting a call-and-response song while taking turns approaching and retreating, ultimately selecting a member from the other team through a guessing or matching contest like rock-paper-scissors. It's cherished as a nostalgic part of Japanese childhood, teaching group coordination and rhythm through song and movement.
