Freestyle Footbag

Freestyle footbag is a discipline of the footbag (hacky sack) family in which players perform intricate tricks by kicking, stalling, and balancing a small braided sand-filled bag using their feet, legs, and other body parts, without letting it touch the ground. Routines often set combinations of moves to music and are judged in competitions for creativity, difficulty, and execution. It draws players who enjoy the blend of juggling-like footwork, flexibility, and improvisational style.
