Frame Running

Frame running (also called RaceRunner sport) is an athletics event for people with impaired balance or limited leg function, such as cerebral palsy, in which participants run using a three-wheeled frame that has a saddle and chest plate but no pedals, propelling themselves with their feet. It allows athletes who cannot use a standard racing wheelchair or run unaided to compete in sprint and distance races, and it has become an official World Para Athletics discipline.
