Fast5 Netball

Fast5 netball is a fast, condensed version of traditional netball, played in five shorter quarters (rather than four longer ones) with rule variations such as power plays worth extra points, a shorter shot clock, and a "super shot" zone worth two points. It was developed by Netball Australia and New Zealand to create a quicker, higher-scoring, more spectator-friendly product for exhibition and international competitions. It appeals to fans and players who enjoy netball's core skills delivered in a shorter, high-intensity, entertainment-focused format.
