Competitive Eating

Competitive eating is a sport in which contestants race to consume large quantities of a specific food, such as hot dogs, pies, or wings, within a set time limit, with the winner determined by volume eaten. Events are often sanctioned by organizations like Major League Eating, with the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest on July 4th being the most famous example. Competitors train their stomach capacity and eating technique, and the sport draws spectators for its spectacle and record-chasing drama.
