Chinlone
Chinlone, also called caneball, is a traditional Burmese sport in which players form a circle and keep a lightweight, woven rattan ball airborne using their feet, knees, chest, head, and other parts of the body—but never their hands. Unlike most sports, it is largely non-competitive and cooperative, emphasizing grace, style, and fluid teamwork rather than winning or losing. It holds deep cultural significance in Myanmar, often performed at festivals and considered as much an art form as an athletic activity.
