Bultong

Bultong is a traditional form of wrestling practiced among the Igorot peoples of the Cordillera region in the northern Philippines, historically used to settle disputes, test strength, or provide entertainment during community gatherings and festivals. Two competitors grapple, typically trying to throw or pin the opponent, with local customary rules varying by community. It remains a point of cultural pride and is showcased at regional festivals as a link to indigenous Cordilleran heritage.
