Bolo Palma

A traditional nine-pin bowling game from Cantabria, Spain, part of the wider Iberian family of 'bolos' (skittles) games. Players throw a wooden ball (bolo) by hand to knock down pins arranged on a dirt or clay lane, and it remains a popular regional pastime and competitive sport in northern Spain.
