Aerials

Aerials refers to airborne tricks and jumps performed in sports such as skiing, snowboarding, gymnastics, and skateboarding, where an athlete leaves the ground to perform flips, spins, or grabs before landing. In freestyle skiing, 'aerials' is also a specific Olympic discipline in which skiers launch off a ramp to perform multiple flips and twists judged on height, form, and landing. The move requires precise timing, body control, and often years of progression from smaller jumps.
