Recruiters, hiring managers, and candidate outreach
Team roles, consent-gated sourcing, screens, and the interview handoff.

Team roles
- Owner — controls the organization page and who's on the team.
- Recruiters — source candidates, run outreach, manage early pipeline.
- Hiring managers — take handoffs, run interviews, make the call.
Invite either by email from the organization's manage area.
Outreach, with consent
Recruiters search members who are open to outreach (filter by skills, state, city) and send a request tied to a real role. Candidates accept or decline; only acceptance opens a conversation. Outreach is capped to keep it meaningful — this is not a bulk-mail tool.
From screen to decision
Accepted outreach can move to scheduled phone screens (with calendar invites), then a handoff to the hiring manager, interview rounds, and an offer. When a candidate accepts, they can add the new role to their profile with your organization confirmed — a verified hire.
Digests
Team members can get email digests of what needs attention — counts only, cadence per organization, off switch included.
Still stuck? A person will read it — promise.
