For employers
Post a job and manage applicants
Listings, the quality checklist, the applicant pipeline, and the responsiveness rule.

Posting
From your organization's manage area, create a listing: role, location or remote, skills, and ideally a salary range. A quality checklist scores the listing as you write — complete listings genuinely perform better.
The pipeline
Applicants land in a pipeline you move through stages, from new to decision. You'll see each candidate's profile, skill match, and any coworker endorsements. Internal hiring-team notes are never visible to candidates.
The responsiveness rule
This one matters: listings that ignore applicants too long are automatically hidden from new candidates. Respond — even with a no — and your listing stays live and earns the responsive-employer badge. It's the anti-ghosting rule, and it applies to everyone.
Exporting
Need applicants in a spreadsheet? Export CSV from the pipeline (member emails are deliberately excluded).
Still stuck? A person will read it — promise.
