Strategic Partnership
Business and Management
A strategic partnership is a formal, long-term collaboration between two or more organizations who combine resources, technology, or market access to pursue mutual business goals that neither could achieve as efficiently alone. Business development and corporate strategy professionals negotiate and manage these alliances, which can take the form of joint ventures, co-marketing deals, technology integrations, or supply agreements. Examples include airline codeshare alliances or tech platform integrations.
