Shamanism

Other

Shamanism is a spiritual practice found in many indigenous cultures worldwide in which a practitioner, or shaman, is believed to interact with the spirit world through altered states of consciousness to bring about healing, guidance, or divination. Practices often include drumming, chanting, ritual, and the use of plant medicines in some traditions. People drawn to shamanism are often interested in spirituality, alternative healing, and connection to nature or ancestral traditions.
