Soft Skills and Communication

Compassion is the ability to recognize others' suffering or difficulty and feel motivated to help relieve it. In professional settings, it underlies empathetic leadership, effective customer service, healthcare, counseling, and social work, helping people build trust and respond thoughtfully to others' needs. It combines emotional awareness with a genuine desire to act constructively on someone else's behalf.
