Brand Loyalty

Marketing and Social Media

Brand loyalty describes the tendency of consumers to consistently repurchase products from a preferred brand rather than switching to competitors, often driven by positive past experiences, trust, or emotional attachment. Companies cultivate brand loyalty through quality products, loyalty programs, excellent customer service, and consistent brand messaging. High brand loyalty translates into repeat business, customer lifetime value, and organic word-of-mouth promotion.
