What we do
The Food Emporium is an upscale grocery store banner serving the New York City metropolitan area, tracing its roots to Daitch Crystal Dairies (1919) and launched as a distinct format in 1979. Long owned by A&P, the brand and its remaining stores were acquired by Key Food Stores Co-operative after A&P's 2015 bankruptcy, and only a handful of locations remain today.
