  • Engineering degree or related technical field
  • 2+ years hands-on hardware build and test experience in manufacturing or integration
  • Ability to investigate hardware issues and drive root cause analysis
  • General assembly and test procedure knowledge
  • Cross-functional communication with design, supply chain, production, and test teams
  • Can develop and implement new processes independently

Nice to have

  • Experience with aerospace product introduction or prototype-to-production transition at scale
  • Direct experience authoring and executing test procedures as a test conductor
  • Knowledge of hazardous operations, fluid system safety, or pressurized/high-risk test environments
  • Background in fast-paced lean environments with vendor engagement or team leadership
  • Experience with at least two of: LOX cleanliness, leak checking, sensor checkouts, tube bending, tool design, crane operations, or subassembly builds
