  • 8+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, IT or related field
  • Technical consulting, systems integration, solution engineering, or enterprise technology delivery experience
  • Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • 9+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree or 7+ years with Advanced Degree
  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
  • Payments, fintech, financial services, digital commerce, wallets, tokenization, authentication, or transaction processing experience
  • Enterprise-scale technology implementation and production environment support
  • Knowledge of API architectures, REST services, Java, SQL, and cloud technologies
  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and product lifecycle management experience
  • DevOps and CI/CD practices with GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, or similar tools
  • Monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, New Relic, ServiceNow
  • Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools
