This role owns the operational reliability and program management of Anthropic's safety infrastructure—the systems that monitor and control AI risks in production. It suits someone with technical program management experience who can drive incident response, maintain service-level objectives, and coordinate cross-team infrastructure work while understanding the systems deeply enough to triage problems effectively.

- Technical program management experience in operational or infrastructure environments
- Understanding of production ML systems sufficient to triage incidents and advise engineers
- Experience owning both ongoing operational cadences and discrete project work simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate across team boundaries without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Nice to have
- Experience with SRE practices or on-call operations at scale
- Familiarity with evaluation infrastructure for ML systems
- Experience driving infrastructure migrations in complex multi-team environments
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools like PagerDuty or Datadog
- Experience with or strong interest in AI safety
