What they ask for
Required
- 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or risk/retention analysis in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Ability to work with account health data and health-scoring platforms to identify trends
- Experience partnering with CSMs on retention or risk conversations
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data signals into actionable recommendations
- Well organized with ability to manage a broad account portfolio and prioritize signals
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or comparable CRM/health platform
- Jira experience
- Experience with or exposure to enterprise accounting, ERP platforms, or multi-entity financial workflows
